2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery in the UK is always FREE and we post everything first class, so your order normally takes between 3-5 days to arrive. Delivery to Channel Islands and Isle of Man may take longer.

3. Do you ship internationally (outside the UK)?

Yes! Our estimated delivery times are:
Europe – 10-15 days
Worldwide – 15-25 days

4. What are your delivery costs?

5. I would like to have a scarf shipped as a gift. Is it possible to fill out a different delivery address?

Yes, you can fill out a different delivery address.

6. What restrictions do voucher coupons have?

Limit of 1 coupon per order. Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons. Cannot be used with SALE items.

7. How do I exchange or return an article?

We value delighted customers but we do appreciate from time to time you may buy an unwanted gift or have second thoughts about your purchase.

We will happily refund any purchase price within fourteen days from receipt of your item to goods received back in showroom condition, with a valid receipt and with all labels attached.

Returns: any postage costs incurred are the full responsibility of the buyer and not Pamper yourself now ltd unless the item is faulty.

8. How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order without reason. If you would like to cancel, please contact us. In case we have already shipped your order, you may return it. See point 7, above.
